    Fair Trade Hong Kong Foundation was founded in January 2008 in Hong Kong, later incorporated into a private company limited by guarantee, and registered as a charitable organization in October 2010, is a non-profit organization that advocates fair trade to all walks of life and different sectors in Hong Kong. In 2012, Fair Trade Hong Kong Foundation officially joined Fairtrade International and became a Fairtrade Marketing Organization (FMO), in which it is authorized to grant and monitor the certification of Fair Trade products among Hong Kong, Macau and China.
